• Registration Fees Include VAT.
• All participants and company representatives are required to register. The registration fees listed above include access to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, meals, and entry to the exhibition area.
• Final registration is confirmed upon payment. Registration fees must be transferred to the congress account, and proof of payment must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (+90 534 336 69 08).
• For resident registrations, a valid resident ID or document with the current date must be submitted along with the payment receipt.
• Bosphorus Mice reserves the right to reflect the change in the amount of taxes, fees and charges that may arise in the prices.

Registration and accommodation fees;

• 50% will be refunded if notified by May 16, 2025.
• If notified after May 16, 2025, no refund will be made.
• All refunds will be made after the end of the congress.
