• Registration fees include VAT.

• Anyone wishing to attend the congress scientific meetings as an accompanying person or company representative must register.

• The registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, access to exhibition areas, a name badge, a participation certificate, and documents inside.

Cancellation Policy:

• The cancellation request must be notified to Momentos Event Services in writing.

• For cancellation requests made before October 15, 2024, half of the paid registration fee will be refunded.

• No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 15, 2024. After this date, only name changes will be accepted.
